The olives are harvested using the traditional method of hand-picking and, due to the size of our trees, with the method of beating the branches, which strikes the higher branches. The olives, as they fall, are collected on nets placed at the base of the trees. The fruit is separated from the foliage and prepared for milling, which takes place inside our mill. This oil, with its golden color tending towards green, is characterized by a slightly bitter and mildly spicy flavor with a pleasant hint of green olive. Our Extra Virgin Olive Oil "Terra" is produced from various varieties of olives with a bitter and spicy fruity profile such as Coratino, Cima di Melfi, and Frantoio. Due to its full and balanced taste, it is particularly suitable for dressing fish, salads, vegetables, and legumes.

We accept immediate payments with credit/debit cards through the Paypal platform. Payment via bank transfer is also possible, and in this case, shipping will occur after the payment is credited. Cash on delivery payments are accepted, with an additional delivery cost of €10.
