Mechanical harvesting takes place directly at the plant at the beginning of the olive oil season when the fruits are less ripe and more fragrant, resulting in an oil with excellent sensory characteristics. The olives are expertly processed according to tradition within our mill. This oil, with its golden color, is characterized by a rounded flavor, while it has a pleasantly fruity aroma. Our Extra Virgin Olive Oil "Aria" is obtained from various varieties of olives with a sweet fruity profile such as Ogliarola, Leccino, and Toscanina. Extremely versatile, it can be used both raw and in cooking, ideal for flavoring pasta dishes.

We accept immediate payments with credit/debit cards through the Paypal platform. Payment via bank transfer is also possible, and in this case, shipping will occur after the payment is credited. Cash on delivery payments are accepted, with an additional delivery cost of €10.
